I am so sad at Shirley's passing. She was like a sister to me-we grew up together. I pray our Blessed Lord will comfort her family and bless them. I am very sorry I cannot be there to celebrate her life. Sending love and prayers to all of you.

I was kind of a stranger to the family but when Daddy (Dallas) got sick she welcomed me as family and wrapped me up in so much love.

"Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, THE LORD KNOWETH THEM THAT ARE HIS. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity" 2 Timothy 2:19. Since I know Jennifer and Bernie and their family, may the words in caps in the above verse be your comfort and sure foundation at this departure of your mother. Being known with favor by the LORD is the most glorious thought you can ever have. May the LORD give you blessed peace is my prayer for you.
