Babydoll, so sorry for your loss. While growing up, we were neighbors. We have always had a special bond with all the Meade family. May God give you peace thru all of this.

So sorry to hear this! He was always sharing Jesus! He never never failed to
Pray for you even when you didn't ask him! Jack was down in his back. He ran
Into Johnny he laid hands on him with another preacher. Needless to say, Jack
Was healed! He will never be forgotten in our family! He married us,32 years ago.
When Jack once ran into him, on our anniversary he told him how long we
We're married, he smiled and said ,I Must Have Done A Good Job! Johnny you sure
Did! We know you are walking on heavens streets of gold talking with the Lord!
We will miss you! But thank you for all you did for our family! We will see you
Again, dear friend!!! Until then we pray love, peace and comfort for your family!
Just like you did for us!

Johnny was a very special cousin of mine. One of the most Gentle men I have ever known. I was very touched by him recently when he was in the Hospital taking prayer requests and singing such beautiful songs. To Baby Doll and Family I would like like to say I am heart broken for his loss ; yet Heaven gained another angel. I will be praying for each of you. I am undergoing cancer treatments today , and I am unable to come. Each of you will be in my heart.

These passing leaves my heart broken...Many wonderful memories with Johnny and Dewey at a Grandmother's that LOVED us all... They were like another brother to me and as long as they were around I knew I was safe. Uncle Junior and Aunt Erma Lee had a great family. GOD works in strange ways, Benny and I just cleaned the Meade Cemetery, May 20.

Our Pastor touched our lives by teaching us more about that wonderful name of Jesus. We enjoyed his singing and the twinkle in his eyes and smile on his face when he told a joke before or after services. He will be missed by many, family, church family, friends. But Brother Johnny is in a far better place now. He's gone to be with the Lord.

It's been almost a year to the day that, I, along with a few other family members and friends from NC visited brother Johnny's church and had the privilege of being in service with him. He paid tribute to my parents while we was there and made mention of the church entry/exit gate that my dad and brothers made for him.
I will always remember him fondly. Such a fine Christian man that lived what he preached.
