Wanda Frye, 82 of Harts, WV, went home to be with the Lord on April 14, 2025 at her residence.
She was born August 27, 1942 in Harts, WV the daughter of the late Green & Lucy Wiley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Frye, daughter, Cathy Pridemore, granddaughter, Morgan Frye, sister, Sarah and brothers, Lincoln, Zach, Tom, Bud and Spencer.
Wanda enjoyed going to church, cooking, spending time with family, gardening and sitting on the porch. She also enjoyed feeding the birds, watching Jimmy Swaggart and her dog Angel.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Sharlene (Seth) Curnutte and Peggy Farley; sons, Darrell (Nancy) Frye and Darby (Mary) Frye; sister, Maxine (Curt) Stollings; grandchildren, Justin Tester, Austin Frye, Dillan Frye and Macie Johnson; great grandchildren, Harmony Johnson, Haislee Frye, Harlinn Frye, Hallie Frye, Michael David Shell II, McKinley Frye, Taylyn Frye and Kaydin Frye; and her nephew, Junior.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
