Virginia Lambert, 81 of Charleston, WV, departed this life on August 18, 2024 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

She was born April 17, 1943 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late George Harris and Rhoda Meade Harris.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Lambert; one son, Ezra Lambert Jr.; and two brothers, Ernest Harris and Elwood Harris.

Virginia enjoyed her volunteer work, line dancing, shopping, road trips, and photography.

Those left to cherish her memory include three grandchildren, Jeremy Vance, Christopher Vance, and Joshua Vance; ten great grandchildren, Lacy Vance, Jamie Albright, Genesis Vance, Jenny Vance, Serenity Vance, Zoey Vance, Jeremy Vance Jr, Jessie Vance, Eloise Vance, and Ian Vance; also survived by Laura Mullins and Pansy Manns.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, August 23, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Dennie Lambert Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Spry-Lambert Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday August 22, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
