Tracy C. Toppins, 84 of St. Albans, WV, departed this life on May 6, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

He was born December 24, 1940 in Logan, WV the son of the late Tracy and Hessie Toppins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sisters, Freeman Toppins, Geraldine Toppins, Mary Faye Toppins, Blanch Ruth Kilgore, Nadine Gulasa, Dorothy Bently and Leatta Collins.

Tracy enjoyed traveling, visiting family and friends and coon hunting.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 51 years, Loretta Toppins; his sister, Darlene Wilson; and a host of other family and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Freeman Funeral Home with Gary Tomblin and Dennie Land officiating. Burial will follow at the Queens Ridge Cemetery, Dunlow, WV.

Visitation will be on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Carl Wallen, Danny R. Tomblin, Blake Gillispie, Elvie Toppins, Stewart Thompson, Greg Toppins, Tony Crislip and Jonathan Crisplip.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
