Tilda Tomblin

Tilda was born May 9th 1952 in Logan, West Virginia. The lord called her home November 14th 2023 at CAMC General while holding her husbands hand.

Tilda was a loving mother to not only her children and grandchildren but also the many foster children she had through the years. She was a member of Central united Baptist Church for over 20 years.

She was proceeded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory include husband Monroe Tomblin of 53 years; sons, John (Irene) Tomblin, Paul (Rena) Tomblin, Raymond “Allen” Tomblin, and Joshua Tomblin; one daughter, Rose Tomblin; grandchildren, Amber (Joseph) Bryant, John “J.T.” (Morgan) Tomblin Jr., Cheyenne Massey, Paul “P.J.” (Zoey) Tomblin, Christian Tomblin, Aiden Tomblin, Elijah Tomblin, RyLee Tomblin, Craig Sparks; great grandchildren, Ellie Massey, Zurri Grace, Brantley, Luka Bryant; siblings, Robert (Sandy) Jenkins, Harold (Wanda) Jenkins, Freda (Greg) Mohan, Bruce (Connie) Jenkins, and Eunice Byrd; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 6:00 to 9:00pm at the Central United Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the church with Pastor Kevin Conley officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Home Cemetery, Wayne, WV.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
