Terri Lynn Price, 53 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on March 8, 2026 at St. Mary's Medical Center.

She was born July 15, 1972 in Madison, WV the daughter of the late Larry & Carol Pridemore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry James Woods, paternal grandparents, William Howard Taft & Martha Jane Pridemore, maternal grandparents, Richard & Ruth Hensley, sister, Betty Jo Kinser, brother-in-law, Berel Scarberry and father and mother-in-law, Walter & Alice Frye Price.

Terri enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, camping, swimming, floating in the pool and watching her TV shows.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 22 years, Charles Price; daughters, Ashley Woods and Amber Pauley (Brandon); sister, Carolyn Dae Scarberry; brother, Larry David Pridemore Jr (Katrina); grandchildren, Jayda Marie Woods, Gunner Paul Maynard, Waylon James Maynard, Harleigh Rayne Maynard, Xavier Pauley and Grayson Pauley; sisters-in-law, Betty Davis (Ronnie) and Naomi Henson (Jimmy); brother-in-law, Mark Price; her best friend, Misty Tomblin (Dean); her person, Tammy Gibson (Ed); and a host of other family and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with Jerry Mann officiating. Burial will follow at the Pridemore Cemetery, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Lawrence Scarberry, Richard Scarberry, David Pridemore, Kaden Pridemore, Brandon Pauley, and James Howard Woods.
