Ted Mullins, 65 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on May 16, 2024 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
He was born January 16, 1959 in Cleveland, OH the son of the late John & Maggie Mullins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Tina Denise Ellis and his father and mother-in-law, Holly & Evelyn Sampson.
Ted enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Nina Mullins; daughter, Amanda; son, Nathan; stepdaughter, Polly; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Anita; brother, Ira; cousin, Kenny Tomblin; and aunt, Francis Tomblin.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
