Suce “Eddie” Sansom, 69 of Danville, WV, departed this life on June 2, 2025 at his residence.

He was born May 5, 1956 in New York, NY the son of the late Hearl and Edith Sansom.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his four siblings, Judy, Julie, Kathy, and Wibbie “Bubby” and his niece, Christine.

Eddie enjoyed spending time outdoors and with his family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Jennifer Sansom of Huntington and Nicole (Wesley) Sansom of Danville; one son, Wayne Sansom of Danville; and eight grandchildren, Lilly Browning, Wayne Sansom Jr, Cynthia and Nathan Thompson, Everleigh, Grayson, Aiden and Samuel Elswick.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00pm, Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Prayer Connection Lighthouse Holiness Church in Danville, WV with Linda Hager officiating.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at the church.
