Sheila Jean Richards

Sheila Jean Richards, 66 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on November 15, 2021 in Chapmanville, WV.

She was born September 7, 1954 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late James “Ed” Browning and Nawasa Victoria Fillinger.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lewis James & Roma Johnson Fillinger, one sister, Betty Jane Browning and two brothers, John Paul Browning and Samuel Lewis Browning.

Shelia enjoyed traveling, visiting family and friends and loving and enjoying time with her precious “fur babies” and dogs.

Those left to cherish her memory include one son, Roy Clint Richards; one sister, Linda Lou (Jack) Thompson; one brother, James (Mildred) Browning; two grandchildren, Kista Butcher and Dakota Butcher; special cousins, Eugene and Margitta Mazzocchi; a host of loving friends and LeRoy Richards a friend to the end.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, November 19, 2021 at the Fillinger Family Cemetery, Chapmanville, WV with Eugene and Margitta Mazzocchi officiating.

Pallbearers will be Manuel Richards, Mark Richards, Wesley Johnson, Jake Johnson, Ray Whitt, and Eugene Mazzocchi.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
