Sheila Baldwin, 64 of Lake, WV, departed this life on May 18, 2025 at her residence.

She was born February 25, 1961 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of the late Burl & Eleanor Adkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oscar Adkins, Mary Elizabeth Green, Todd and Edith Hemmings, brother, James Oscar Adkins and her nephew Paul Adkins.

Sheila enjoyed taking care of anyone in need, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, James L. Baldwin, two daughters, Kayla (Ernie) Tompkins and Rande (Anthony) Stollings; one son, Zach Baldwin; one sister, Dreama (Randy) Workman; two brothers, Les Adkins and Paul (Brenda) Adkins; eight grandchildren, Seth Tompkins, Nickolas Tompkins, Zane Baldwin, Layla Sheppard, Peyton Sheppard, Kamryn Tompkins, Sophia Sheppard and Vincent Baldwin; special friend, Joey Sheppard; father and mother-in-law, Bob and Norene Baldwin; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00pm, Friday, May 23, 2025 at her residence, 381 Raccoon Branch Road, Lake, WV 25121 with Roger McCauley officiating.
