Sheena “Lynn” Napier, 70 of Ottawa, WV, departed this life on April 9, 2026 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, WV.

She was born August 12, 1955 in Mansfield, OH the daughter of the late Kermit & Dorothy Lowe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton “Kick” Napier, sister, Sarah Marcum and brother, Joe Webster.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Jennifer (Jimmy) Barker; sisters, Judy Bias and Cherie Lowe; grandchildren, Heaven (Rodney) Adkins, Felicia (Cody) Stanley and Ashley Barker; great grandchildren, Haleigh Price, Mason Price, Kimberly Workman, Hunter Allen, Silas Adkins and Mia Adkins.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, April 13, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with Paul Little and Ralph Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at the Family Memorial Gardens, Danville, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 13, 2026 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
