Shaelynn Rayne Workman

Shaelynn Rayne Workman, 4, of Whitman, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at her residence.

She was born April 28, 2015 in Logan, WV, the daughter of Jason (Melissa) Workman of Whitman, WV and Breonna (Rex) Dillon of Lake, WV.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Loretta Workman; her great-aunt Debra Wilson; her great-grandparents, John & Agnes Nelson, Oscar & Donna Workman, and Clyde & Denna Workman, and Harry Trickler.

Shaelynn loved playing with her Daddy. She enjoyed playing with Lego's. Watching cartoons, drawing, painting, eating candy, swimming, and loved spending time with her mommy and aunt Britt Britt. Shaelynn also loved her school.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her grandparents, Ricky & Anna Dillon and Roy & Retha Workman; three brothers, Jerry Davis III, Joshua Jenkins, and Justin Jenkins; special great-grandparents, Avonell Trickler, Jean & Ocil Frye, and Richard Dillon; four aunts, Brittany Nelson, Brittany Kirk, Lavona Lipscomb, and Kimberly Ball; four uncles, Richard Dillon, Paul Kirk, Stuart (Penny) Trickler, and Jerry (Renea) Trickler; special cousins, Rykee Kirk, Nevaeh Nelson, Dylon Casto, Chloe Trickler, and Kayla Sizemore; and her best friend Lacey Adkins.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Slone officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Dillon, Richard Dillon, Paul Kirk, Dylon Casto, Keith Noe, Gavin Noe, and Tyler Bothwell.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
