Sandra Kathy Fowler, 75 of Chapmanville, WV departed this life on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at her residence.

She was born March 17, 1951 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Gay (Boots) Stollings and Anges Stollings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Fowler; sister, Gail Conley; and grandson, Nathan “Nate” Sansom. 

Sandra enjoyed working in her flower garden, going shopping, and spending time with her niece and baby nephews on Sundays.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Christopher Sansom; sisters, Linda Evans, Patricia (Jeff) Blont, Arlene Honeycutt, Susan (Sonny) Bello, Sharon Welch, Carolend (Ray) Adams, Laura (Dwight) Ball, JoAnn (Ray) Wolford, and Hattie (Mike) Fry; brother, Nels (Renitia) Stollings; grandchildren, April (Nick) Hurst & Christopher “Bub” Sansom; great grandchildren, Riley & Benjamin Hurst; and a special thanks to Sharon Elkins for all of her help, and a thanks to the girls at LCOC.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Highland Memory Gardens, Chapmanville, WV., with Tennis Vance officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Ball, Dustin Ball, Chris Sansom, Dwight Ball, Rudy Elkins, and Christopher “Bub” Sansom.
