Sandra K. Fields

Sandra K. Fields, 66 of Matheny, WV, departed this life on June 28, 2022, at the Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV.

She was born August 7, 1955, in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Ershal & Barbara Bailey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Dale Fields Sr, one son, Larry Dale Fields Jr, one daughter, Michelle Fields Adkins, four brothers, Ricky Bailey, Donnie Bailey, Orville Bailey and Jimmy Bailey and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Grandville & Patsy Fields.

Sandra enjoyed spending time with family and watching TV. She always loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Kimberly Dawn (Harold) Lively of Matheny, WV; one son, Kyle (Emma Musick) Adams of Whitman, WV; four grandchildren, Harold (Leanne) Lively, Richard Adkins Jr, Chloe Adkins, and Trevor Fields; four great-grandchildren, Aiden Jones, Dominic Baxter, Carson Lively and Karlee Adams; three sisters, Sheryl Robinette, Marlene (Timmy) Miller and Anita (Herman) Johnson; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 1, 2022, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, July 1, 2022, at the funeral home with Jimmy Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
