Robert "Bob" Earl Hatfield

Robert Earl “Bob” Hatfield, 76, of Ranger, WV, departed this life on March 13, 2023 in Kosse, TX.

He was born May 22, 1946 in Ranger, WV, the son of the late Jessie Hatfield and Sallie Virginia Cook Hatfield.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorene Hatfield, three brothers, Ferd Hatfield, Baine Hatfield and Chub Hatfield and his father and mother-in-law, Rev. Willie McClellan and Velma McClellan.

Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Zabrina Sisemore of Texas; three sons, Robert “Bobby” (Charity) Hatfield II of Georgia, Rev. Mark (Zenia) Hatfield of Kiahsville, WV and Billy (Diana) Hatfield of Ranger, WV; one sister, Lois (Dave) Williams; twelve grandchildren, Hannah (Brett) Lukas, Mark Anthony Hatfield, Samantha Sisemore, Dustin (Olivia) Hatfield, Bubby Sisemore, Max Sisemore, Grace Hatfield, Bobby (Emma) Hatfield III, Lauren (Eli) Ramsey, Lucius Sisemore, Jamie Hatfield and Alex Hatfield; two great grandchildren, River Cassidy and Phoebe Haas; and his very special friend, Carl Neace.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, March 20, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Lonnie Gore officiating. Burial will follow at the Webb Cemetery, Ranger, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Hatfield, Mark Anthony Hatfield, Bubby Sisemore, Dustin Hatfield, Jamie Hatfield and Scotty Adkins.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
