Ricky Dale Hightower, 67 of Logan, WV, departed this life on June 30, 2024 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

He was born July 15, 1956 in Logan, WV, the son of Stella Hightower and the late Hugh Hightower.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Hightower.

Ricky enjoyed gardening, working on cars and trucks and blasting strip job on surface mines.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his brother, Ralph Hightower; nephew, William “Bill” Hightower and other family and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Roscoe Chafin and Rev. Vivie Marcum officiating. Burial will follow at the Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
