Renee Gladys Hensley

Renee Gladys Hensley, 17 of Harts, WV, departed this life on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Harts, WV.

She was born December 19, 2003 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Eddie (Michelle Gore) Hensley and Rhonda Bryant.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward & Gladys Hensley; and Glenna Bryant.

Renee was a tomboy/girlie girl. She loved to go mudding, riding 4-wheelers, fishing, and shooting guns. But, she also loved to go shopping and have her nails done. Renee was the kind of person that when she walked into the room everyone stopped to stare. Her smile was so big that it brightened even the darkest gloomiest day. She was loving, kind, and giving. She would help anyone who was in need and loved doing housework (go figure). Renee had so many friends (many, many) it would be hard to even list. We only pray that our sweet beautiful Renee knows how much she will be missed.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Emily Jewel; her brother, Calvin Tyler; and her Mommaw Jewel and Papaw Roger; and her Uncle Scott.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, July 30, 2021 at Hensley Family Cemetery with Rev. Manassess Hensley officiating.

Pallbearers will be David Lee Adkins, Max Cline, Jordan McCloud, Matt Black, Justin Williamson, and Daniel Hensley. Honorary pallbearers will be Calvin Hensley, Emily Gore, David Lee Adkins, and Tyler Tomblin.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
