Rebecca Lynn Dawson, 75 of Logan, WV, departed this life on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Logan Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 17, 1951 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Ralph Charles Gleason and Mona Jean Freeman Gleason.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, James Herry Gleason, Marie Gleason, James Earnest Freeman, and Wealtha Jane Freeman; brother, Larry Lee Gleason; sister, Vicki Denise Gleason; and nephew, Mark Ryan Gleason.
Becky enjoyed crafts, gardening and spending time with her dog, Rocky.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa Ann Dawson-Bryant; grandchildren, Jason Boe (Samantha) Bryant and Emily Autumn (Jobe) Bryant; great-granddaughter, Elyza Jenelle Bryant and Lilth Rayne Estep; brothers, Gary David Gleason and Ricky Duane Gleason; nephews, Brian, Derick Ryan Gleason, and Dylan Keith Vidovich; nieces, Jenny Gleason and Corey McCarty; and special aunt, Margert Sissy McDonald.
At her request there will be no services.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
