Patricia Ann (May) Fleming of Wilsondale, WV peacefully entered into eternal rest on September 23rd, 2025 at the age of 80, surrounded by her family.

Patricia was born on January 20th, 1945 in Logan, WV; to the late Blackburn May and Effie May.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years John P. Fleming and Great Granddaughter Kaydence Maynard.

Patricia was the oldest of 4 siblings and took on the role of Mother to many. As a devout Christian she regularly attended the Warfield Church of God. She was a light to everyone who knew her.

She leaves behind her daughter, Debbie Deskins, grandchildren, Tyler Deskins and Shae (Dustin) Maynard, and her great granddaughter, Ella Maynard. Patricia is also survived by her siblings, Connie (Jonathan) Marcum, Colleen Young, Allen (Denise) May, and Carmen (Bridget) May. She is additionally survived by a host of nieces and nephews who she loved as her own.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Freeman Funeral Home with Robbie May officiating. Burial will follow at the Marcum – Baisden Cemetery, Breeden, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
