Patricia Ann Toppins Chapman, 82 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on February 11, 2026 at her residence.

She was born August 2, 1943 in Holden, WV, the daughter of the late Jeff Toppins and Myrtle Lucas Toppins.

Patricia enjoyed spending quality time with her family and making memories together. She enjoyed cookouts, where she could gather, laugh, and share a good meal. Gospel music brought her comfort and joy, she faithfully attended church, where her faith was very important to her. She also enjoyed shopping and finding little things that made her and others happy. The time she spent with loved ones meant the most to her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 63 years, Jerry Chapman; two sons, Jeff (Heather) Chapman and Jerry (Jami) Chapman Jr.; six grandchildren, Emily (Brian) Runyon, Matt (Heaven) Chapman, Rebekah (Joey) Linville, Ryan Chapman, Hannah Chapman, and Ethan Chapman; and three great-grandchildren, Leighton Runyon, Mason Runyon, and Laykin Linville.

Services will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, February 16, 2026 at the funeral home with Michael Davis and Jerry Chapman Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 12:00PM-2:00PM at the funeral home.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dignity Hospice.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
