Norma Barker, 77 of Clothier, WV, departed this life on December 3, 2025 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV.
She was born June 5, 1948 in Richland, VA the daughter of the late Dewey & Hazel Blankenship.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Norma loved hunting, going to church and worshiping God. She loved being a wife to James and mother to Mark and Jimmy Dale.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, James Barker; and her sons, Mark McNeely and his wife, Christina and Jimmy Barker and his wife Jen.
Memorial services will be held at11:00am, Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the Jeffrey Church of God with Bill Phillips.
