Minnie Bryant

Minnie Bryant, 89 of Harts, WV, departed this life on December 31, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. 

She was born August 15, 1931 in Harts, WV the daughter of the late Bird and Narie Bryant. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bryant, son, Gary Bryant, sister, Wanda Bryant and sister-in-law, Joanna Bryant. 

Minnie was a member of Mountain Home Freewill Baptist Church. She loved shopping, reading her bible and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Those left to cherish her memory include four sons, Ronnie & Phyllis Bryant, Danny & Phyllis Bryant, James Donald Bryant and Terry & Joy Bryant; daughter-in-law, Phyllis Bryant; two sisters, Joyce & Carl “Sonny” Morris and Patricia & Jimmy Dalton; four brothers, James Bryant, Willard & Patricia Bryant, Larry & Clara Bryant and Clovis & Sue Bryant; eight grandchildren, Mike (Missy) Bryant, Kevin (Jill) Bryant, Dustin (Ashley) Bryant, Jamie (Holly) Bryant, Christina (Bo) Berry, Cassandra (Jason) Tomblin, Jessica (Michael) Cochran, and Heather (Jonathan) Triplett; sixteen great-grandchildren; her close friends, Pete & Clarice Bryant and Audrey Hollis; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Ray Messer and Ernie Vance officiating. Burial will follow at the Bryant Cemetery, Harts, WV. 

Friends may call Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers will be Mike Bryant, Kevin Bryant, Dustin Bryant, Jamie Bryant, Jeremiah Triplett, Alex Berry, Chase Berry and Jacob Bryant. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Bo Berry, Jason Tomblin and Jonathan Triplett. 

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
