Michael "Mud Dawg" Wilson Obituary

Michael Gene Wilson, 61, of Holden, WV, departed this life on April 4, 2021 at his residence.

He was born July 27, 1959 in Alfaalfa, Missouri, the son of the late Everett Sylvester Wilson and Mary Jeter Wilson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Vickey Wilson, two brothers, Donald and Bill and three sisters, Flo, Betty, and Barbara.

Mud Dawg was a family man, all about spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He loved playing slots on his phone and working on his 88 Ford Bronco. Mud Dawg was an amazing mechanic and a great carpenter. He was a jack of all trades and never met a stranger.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Felicia Wilson and Erica Wilson; one son, Chase (Crystal) Wilson; three sisters, Joyce Carter, Jean Gagner and Mary Smith; four brothers, Everett Wilson Jr, James Wilson, Wayne Wilson and Robert Wilson; eleven grandchildren, Bianca, Toebe, Arianna, Jasmyne, Madalynn, Chase II, Mya, Isabella, Layla, Lillia and Phoenix; and a special niece who was more like a daughter, Carrie Ann Lovitt.
