Mary Jo Chambers

Mary Jo Chambers, 77 of Rochester, OH, departed this life on February 1, 2021 at Rochester, OH

She was born August 15, 1943 in Mill Creek, WV the daughter of the late Joseph and Nannie Shadd.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her father in law, Chester Chambers; mother in law, Mary Chambers; and two brothers, Tommy and Charlie Shadd.

Mary loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed watching her flowers and hummingbirds in the garden.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Rudolph Chambers; one daughter, Pamela (William) Thompson; three sons, Mark (Cindi) Chambers, Dwayne (Grace) Chambers and Robert (Jennifer) Chambers; six sisters, Janice Booth, Molly Chambers, Pat Workman, Jean Martin, Connie Shadd and Tammy Perry; one brother, Jacob Shadd; six grandchildren, Joseph (Amanda) Chambers, Jessica Stongle, Alicia Chambers, Kimmie Chambers, Jeremiah Munoz and Angelina Munoz; and ten great grandchildren, Noah, Gavin, Morgan, Walker, Owen, Amina, Quinton, Jeremiah, Adrian and Felicity

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, February 8 at Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Willie Bias and Paul Chambers officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.

Friends may call Monday February 8 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mark Chambers, Dwayne Chambers, Rob Chambers, Joseph Chambers, William Thompson and Jeremiah Munoz.
