Maggie Ellis

Maggie Ellis, 87 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on November 5, 2020 in Harrodsburg, Ky.

She was born Feb 1, 1933 in Galveston, Ky., the daughter of the late Cassie & Bessie Adkins Hall.

Maggie was an active member of the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents she was preceded on death by her husband, James “Jimmy” Ellis, grandparents, Bob & Minla Hall and Will & Martha Adkins and her in-laws, Charlie & Mary Ellis.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Regina (Dakota) Feeback of Harrodsburg, Ky; three grandchildren, Karla Dalton, Justin Dalton, and Caitlin Dalton; two great grandchildren, Adalynn Paige Dalton and Raelynn Grace Helton; one brother, Robert (Donna) Hall of Jenkins, Ky; her niece and nephew who she raised as her own, Ellen Adams and James Newsome; and several other nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Ronnie Linville and Joe Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at the Ellis Cemetery, Chapmanville, WV.

Friends may call Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
