Loretta Sue Vance, 68 of Logan, WV, departed this life on September 30, 2024 at her residence.

She was born May 29, 1956 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late James Luther and Neva Jo Ramey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Vance Jr and sister, Euneda Bailey.

Loretta enjoyed going to church, and spending time with family. Her grandbabies were her pride and joy. Loretta also loved listening to music, and listening to the ocean while sitting on the balcony at the beach.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Crystal (Rod) White; son, Chad (Brandi) Vance; sisters, Chestene (Roy) Bickle, Christine (Don) Stollings, Flo (William) Casto, Gwen (Clay) Marcum and Priscilla Marcum (Dale Evans); brother, James (Jenny) Ramey; brother-in-law, Jack Bailey; grandchildren, Caiden Bias, Brynlee Vance and Presley White; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home.
