Linda Rebecca Wiley, 81 of Verdunville, WV, departed this life on February 4, 2026 at her residence.

She was born August 3, 1944 in Rita, WV the daughter of the late Henry & Redith Sizemore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dallas Wiley, sisters, Jaunita Canterbury, Phyllis Ferrell, and Vickie Short, brother, Paul Sizemore, son-in-law, Mark Adams and her father and mother-in-law, Thomas & Dicie Wiley.

Linda enjoyed going to church, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include four sons, Thomas & Tina Wiley of Dingess, Rick & Tammy Wiley of Lake, Dallas & Sandy Wiley of Shamrock, and Paul & Trina Wiley of Harts; three daughters, Belinda Adams & Robert Kinnon of Verdunville, Sandra & Billy Workman of Big Ugly and Samantha & Daniel Belcher of Big Creek; one special sister, Patty Green of Barboursville and two other sisters; one sister-in-law, Delores Sizemore of Big Creek; seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-four great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Freeman Funeral Home with James Vance officiating. Burial will follow at the Kirk-Williams Cemetery, Harts, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Thomas, Rick, Dallas, Paul, Scotty, TJ, Bobby, Matthew, Ken and BJ.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
