Linda Darnell Bell

Linda Darnell Bell, 70, of Big Creek , departed this life on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at her residence.

She was born August 27, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of the late Lorena Crawford and Lester Corder.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her in-laws, Dixie and Curtis Stollings; brother in- laws, Art Nolan and Brian Stevens; and sister in-law, Rose Corder

Linda enjoyed traveling, four wheeling, cooking for the holidays with her granddaughter, and cooking out doors in her cast iron skillet and dutch oven with her grandson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Paul Bell; daughter, Loretta (Ron) Adkins; son, Paul G. Bell; sisters, Joyce (Harold) Gerstein, Glenna (Ken Wells) Nolan, and Sue Stephens; brothers, Lester Corder, Larry Corder, and Garry (Sandy) Crawford; grandchildren, Joshua and Angel Adkins; bestfriends, Carolyn “Nana” Bell and Eva Casazza.

Visitation will be on 1:00 PM Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 3, 2023 with Donnie Wells officiating.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
