Leslie Leo Craddock

Leslie Leo Craddock, 83, of Hewett, went home to be with the Lord on, December 26, 2021 at his residence.

He was born March 20, 1938 in Lake, WV, the son of the late Otto and Julia Craddock.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years Norma Jean Ellis Craddock; two brothers, Wesley and Clarence Craddock; three sisters, Martha Hurley, Perleana Ball, and Christina Adkins.

Leslie was a veteran of the United States Army, his passion was serving the lord, his church and reading his bible, he also enjoyed spending time with his children, hunting and gardening. He was a member of the Lake Holiness Church in the name of Jesus Christ.

Those left to cherish his memory include three daughters, Yvette Frye, Eloise Craddock, and Diana Waybright; three sons, Joel (Amber) Craddock, Troy Craddock (Kimberly), and Lyle Craddock (Lesley); one brother, James Craddock (Carol); seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 31, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Damon Murphey officiating. Burial will follow at Craddock Cemetery, Hewett, WV.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 31, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
