Leanna Gay (Parsley) Moore

Leanna Gay Parsley Moore, 40 of Dingess, WV, departed this life on February 4, 2021 at her residence.

She was born February 22, 1980 in Logan, WV the daughter of Rufus Sidney and Shelby Irene Moore.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Vernon Moore, Esther Marcum, and Roscoe & Freda Dillon and one niece, Kadence Jocelyn Moore.

Leanna enjoyed shopping, getting her hair and nails done, camping up north with her son and parents, spending time with her children, girls' days with her sister and she loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Kacie Leanna Parsley; one son, Dalton Parsley; father of her children, Timmy Parsley; two sisters, Susan & Darren Belcher, and Kala & Kevin Thompson; five brothers, Rufus Sidney Moore II, John Richard & Lisa Moore, Joshua & Vickie Moore, Brad Dillon and Elisha & Kellie Moore; nieces, Savannah Moore, Destiny Moore, Paige Moore, Summer Moore, Sydnee Thompson, Gabriella Thompson, Izabella Thompson, Laken Osborne and Blaise Moore; nephews, John Richard Moore II, Kody Moore, Elijah Moore, Jeremiah Moore, Brandon Moore, Dillon Moore, AlecZander Thompson and Isaiah Moore; great-nieces, Natalie Sweatman and Iris Moore; great-nephew, Jase Sweatman; and uncle, Roscoe “Dick” Dillon.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Calvary Freewill Baptist Church Dingess, WV with Paul Moore and Ritchie Moore officiating. Burial will follow at the Sturgell Cemetery, Dingess, WV.

Friends may call Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Thompson, Darren Belcher, Brandon Moore, Brad Dillon, John Richard Moore and Elisha Moore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Alvin Chapman, Roscoe “Dick” Dillon, Zander Thompson, Ritchie Moore, Furdie Moore, Jon Moore, Elijah Moore and Kody Ray Moore.
