Larry Michael Dotson, 77 of Ottawa, departed this life on January 21, 2026 at Hubbard Hospice House, in Charleston, WV.
He was born September 3, 1948 in Madison, WV the son of the late Other and Margarita Dotson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Dotson; grandson, Bryan Johnson; brother, Norman White; sister, Gail Conner; and in-laws, John and Effel Dingess
Larry enjoyed hunting.
Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Katherine Johnson; one son, Larry M. Dotson II; one sister, Nola Smith; one brother, Glen White; two grandchildren, Thomas Johnson and Rydan Dotson; friends, Pat Damron and Chasity Light; and a host of brothers and sisters-in-law.
