Lahoma Jean (Hager) Southers

Lahoma Jean (Hager) Southers, 51 of Logan, WV, departed this life on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

She was born January 23, 1975 in Holden, WV the daughter of Diccie Hager and the late Roscoe Hager.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Newcome & Vonnie Bryant and Everett & Hattie Hager; her in-laws, Jeff & Mary Southers.

Lahoma enjoyed spending time with nieces and nephews and her family. She loved kids, loved doing hair, loved family gatherings, cooking, and knitting.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Kevin Southers; step-daughter, Holly Southers; step-son, Kevin Southers; sister, Neressa Hager; brother, Nicholas (Tonya) Hager; nieces and nephews, Alex (Tonie Leigh) Hager, Paige (Brian) Hager, and Chase Hager; great nieces, Leighton, Kynslee, Brylan, and Skylar; along with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins which she loved dearly.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.
