Kathleen Bailey, 74 of Madison, WV, departed this life on April 17, 2024 at the Hubbard Hospice House, South Charleston, WV.

She was born August 4, 1949, in Madison, WV the daughter of the late Joe & Myrtle Turner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Timmy, Donnie, Mac and Earl Turner.

Kathleen enjoyed taking care of the elderly and going to church.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa (Jr) Kennedy; granddaughters, Heather Elswick, Stephanie (Justin) Loftis, and Samantha Garten; great grandchildren, Skyler Ballard, Sarah, Hollie and Leah Loftis, Lilly and Sadie Garten, Kally and Bryonna Stiltner; sisters, Rachel (Ralph) Wilson, Connie (Jerry) Woodrum, Patty (Brian) Huffman, Judy (Ed) Dancy, and Barbara LaCasse; sisters-in-law, Linda Turner and Blitz Turner; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Larry Sperry officiating. Burial will follow at the Holestein-Turner Cemetery at Auburn Ridge, Camp Creek, WV.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Richard Turner, Danny Holstein, Andrew Loftis, Doug Dent, Bill Stiltner and Chris Brown.
