Judy Louise Steele, 57 of Harts, WV, departed this life on January 12, 2025, at her residence.

She was born August 5, 1967, in Mansfield, OH the daughter of Jackie Steele and the late Paul Steele.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Timothy Adkins, second husband, Denny Hensley, sister, Tawny Johnson and fiancé, Ricky Vickers.

Judy enjoyed crafting, sewing and collecting antiques.

In addition to her mother those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Miranda (Preston) Smith; two sons, Jeremiah (Sarah) Adkins and Jacob (Brittani) Adkins; one sister, Dawn (Paul) Baisden; brother-in-law, John Johnson; fifteen grandchildren, Braydon, Tyler, Arianna, James, Lakin, and Jaxson Adkins, Liberty and Gracie Maynard, Jasmyn, Kensley and Alanna Adkins, Ryan, Cheyenne, Oliver and Ivy Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the Striker Bible Church with John E. Godby officiating.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the church.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
