Juanita Tomblin, 84 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on November 22, 2025 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV.

She was born September 20, 1941 in Logan, WV the daughter of the late Arlen & Theora Conley Powers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Tomblin, sisters, Leota Farley, Cora Hager and Deloris Adams; brothers, Denver Conley, Lester Powers, and Frealin Powers; and her father and mother-in-law, Julius & Corba Conley.

Juanita enjoyed sewing, cooking, cleaning and going to church when she was able.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Rickey (Patty) Tomblin and Mickey Tomblin (Belva); eight sisters, Dora Roberts (Dave), Della Powers, Lucille Powers, Bertha Darby, Brenda Lamb, Rosemary Ackers, Debra Dowdy, and Roxanne (John) Thompkins; one brother, Arlen (Amy) Powers Jr.; grandchildren, Alisha Tomblin (Jimmy), Jason (Estella) Adkins, Rickey (Alena) Tomblin II, Brandon (Melissa) Tomblin and Kayla Conley; great grandchildren, Kayla Adkins, Jayce (Dylan) Zenker, Ryan Adkins, Rickelle Tomblin, Zade Tomblin, Paige Nelson, Kaydance Vance, Jazlyn Vance and Jessie Vance; great great grandchildren, Kase and Arius Gonzales and Ariya and Austin Zenker. Juanita had a host of nieces, nephews, neighbors and sisters and brothers-in-law to many to list them all that she loved dearly.

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Freeman Funeral Home with Glen Tomblin officiating. Burial will follow at the Gillis Conley Cemetery, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Keith Conley, Creed Conley, Arlen Powers, Greg Powers, Travis Hayes and Curtis Conley.
