Johnny "Boobie" Abbott Obituary
Johnny Ray “Boobie” Abbott, 60, of Greenshoal, Harts, WV, departed this life on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Big Ugly, WV.
He was born May 5, 1959 in Holden, WV, the son of Doris Jean Abbott and the late William Fred Abbott.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Vesta Adkins and Sherman & Belle Abbott and great nephew, infant Jaxson Cash Lucas.
Johnny enjoyed fishing, hunting, four wheeling, watching old TV shows and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include three sisters, Madonna (Ronnie) Kamphaus, Linda (Rickey) Thomas and Pamela (Keith) Dowdy; two brothers, Michael (Arab) Abbott and Ronald (Annie) Abbott; seven nieces and nephews, Jill (Chris), Stacy (Adam), Brad, Stephanie, Jarrod (Jillian), Michelle and Rickey Lee; nine great nieces and nephews, Cody, Cole, Sophya, Claire, Raylee, Harlee, Kerrigan, Grant and Aubrie; and two special friends, Bobby and Darrell.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, November 15, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Josh Vanhook officiating. Burial will follow at the Lucas Cemetery, Greenshoal at Harts, WV.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
