John David White

John David White, 63, of Danville, WV, departed this life on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at Camden Clark Medical Center.

He was born July 18, 1958 in Man, WV, the son of the late Lonnie and Elizabeth White.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers; Lonnie White Jr. and Kenneth White,one sister; Eunice Carol White, and one brother in law Bud Adkins .

John enjoyed working with his Kroger family, helping with bible school, going to ball games and family get togethers, he also enjoyed being an honorary basketball coach for the buddy league, playing with his dog Rocky, and above all he loved going to church.

Those left to cherish his memory include sisters; Brenda (Mason) Perry, Shirley (Cotton) Reagan, Kay Adkins, Etta Mae (Elden) Fillinger, Renda (Greg) Cole, and Tina (Jeff) Birthisel, one brother; Bobby Joe (Caron Fay Burgess) White, special friends; Larry Hager and Estil Webb, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Monclo Freewill Baptist Church with Joe Lane, Rocky Chafin, and Dennie Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Chapmanville.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 6:00 till 9:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
