John Hall, 79 of Lenore, WV, departed this life on March 30, 2025 at his residence.

He was born October 23, 1945 in Ethel, WV the son of the late Grover Cleve and Garnet Hall.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Earnestine Hall and his grandson, Jacob Hall.

John was a member of the Laurel Creek Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching his great grandchildren play and feeding his hummingbirds.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Amanda (Robert) Blackburn; three sons, John Hall, Kevin (Christie) Hall and Clifford (Angela) Hall Sr.; two sisters, Billy Joyce Runyon and Linda Kaye Harris; two brothers, Monroe Hall and Tony (Paulette) Hall; grandchildren, Whitney (Tyler) Thompson, Clifford (Courtney) Hall Jr, Katelynn (Josh) Collins, Kestin Hall, Johnathon (Racine) Osborne; Ashley (Nick) Branham, Christopher (Katelin) Osborne and Olivia (Austin Newsome) Osborne; great-grandchildren, Trace, Mason, Amelia, Harper, Clifford III, Izaiah, Asher, Trenton, Kayson, Oaklynn, Zoey, Hailey, Mariah, McKinley and many step-great grandchildren; and his special nephew, David (Leonore) Hall.

Services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Laurel Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Cornelius Lackey officiating. Burial will follow at the Lackey Cemetery, in Lenore, WV.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be his close family.
