John Farley Obituary
John C. Farley, 50, of Logan, WV, departed this life on September 18, 2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 16, 1971 in Brighton, CO, the son of Dennis Farley of Rantoul, IL and Karen Artist of Chapmanville, WV.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Thomas Artist, grandparents, Junior & Bea Falrey and William & Thelma Collins, niece, Aalyah Gootee and nephew, Joseph Gootee.
John was a devoted christian and loving dad.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Emily Farley of Logan; one son, Jesse Farley of Logan; one sister, Joda Farley of Chapmanville; one brother, Rev. Tommy Artist of Chapmanville; his best friend, Shirley Dingess; and his niece and nephew, Athena Farley of Chapmanville and Demis Gootee of Illinois.
Services will be held at 7:00pm, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home with Tommy Artist and Paul Artist officiating.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at funeral home.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
