Joe Harrison Fenner, 77 of Mallory, WV, departed this life on February 2, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

He was born November 17, 1947 in Stowe, WV the son of the late Chester G. Fenner Sr and Loretta (Lewis) Fenner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, William H. Fenner and Verna (Stout) Fenner, brothers, Cletis Fenner and Chester Fenner, sister, Phyllis (Blucher) Sias, and brother-in-law, Gene Farmer.

Joe enjoyed fishing, going to church and spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Virginia (Bryant) Fenner; daughter, Loretta Vonn (Fenner) Mounts; son, Joe Harrison Fenner, II; grandsons, Adam Mounts and William Mounts; granddaughter, Miah Mounts; his son-in-law, James N. Mounts, Jr; sisters, Janet (Roger) Frame, Linda (Jerry) Robinson, Gilda Sue Farmer, and Mona (Ronald) Thompson; and sister-in-law, Elouise Fenner.

At Joe's request he will be cremated with no services.
