Jerry Lee Conley

Jerry Lee Conley, 72, of White Oak, departed this life on March 12, 2020 at his residence.

He was born March 29, 1947 in Chapmanville, WV, the son of the late John and Parthina Conley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Edith Conley, one son, Teddy Lee Conley, one brother, John Conley Jr, one nephew, John Cody, sister-in-law, Hassie Conley and his in-laws, Manasses and Brooke Hensley.

Jerry was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the White Oak Church of Christ and the UMWA. He enjoyed spending time with family and working at the church.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Rhonda Bryant and her husband Lester Jr and Christie Dalton and her husband and his caretaker Boo; one son, Kevin Conley and his wife Patty; one sister, Brenda Surgoine and her husband Bert; three brothers, Darrell Conley, Tommy Conley and Ricky Conley and his wife Donna; six grandchildren, Cassie and Rachael Mullins, Justin Conley, Blake Dalton, Jacob Mullins and Emily Bryant; his caretaker and niece, Sherry Adams; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the White Oak Church of Christ with Rev. Manasses Hensley Jr and Rev. Kevin Conley officiating. Burial will follow at the Conley Cemetery, White Oak, Chapmanville, WV.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm at the church.

Pallbearers will be family.
