He was born January 10, 1960 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Eustace and Yolanda Pegnalitti.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Melinda Pegnalitti; daughters, Yolanda, Jocelyn, and Katelyn Pegnalitti; sons, James, Dominic, and Dillion Pegnalitti; sisters, Millie Bende, Barbara Penebaker, and Evelynn Owen; grandchildren, Kaydance Bowers, Kolton Bowers, Jordan Jako and Jayden Jako.
