James Richard Justice

James Richard Justice Jr age 56 of Dingess, W.V., entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.V.

Born January 20, 1968, to the late James Justice Sr and Linda Justice in Logan, W.V., Jimmy was the baby boy of three son's born to this union. 

Jimmy was a dozer operator at Tri County Mining for many years and he enjoyed time in his garage and watching his car shows on tv. He enjoyed the outdoors and doing anything constructive as long as he was with April he was happy. 

In 1986 he met and fell in love with the love of his life and married April Dawn Marcum.  They were inseparable until his passing.  To this union was born three surviving children, Jeneka (Ben) Pridemore of Stryker, W.V., Seth Justice of Dingess, W.V., and Jacob (Katie) Justice of Dingess, W.V.  He was survived by granddaughters Meghan (Robert) Newsome, Madison, Morgan of Dingess,W.V, and grandsons James Newsome of Dingess, and Eli Justice of Stryker. He was survived by Mother Linda (Richard) Dickerson of Madison, W.V., and stepmother Susan Justice of Beckley, W.V.

He was also survived by brothers Jerry (Darcie) Justice of South Dakota and Jeffrey (Elaine) Justice of Chapmanville, W.V.

A service will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. with the viewing beginning one hour prior at Freeman Funeral Home in Chapmanville, W.V., with Roland Browning officiating.  Burial will follow at the Marcum Cemetery at Kirk, W.V.

Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville W.V, will be assisting the family.
