Jack Richard Collins

Jack Richard Collins, 65, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on June 22, 2022 at Blair, WV.

He was born August 22, 1956 in Logan, WV, the son of the late Wornie Jack & Lola Collins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Lynn Collins and his grandparents, Wornie & Annie Collins and Lori Evans.

Jack enjoyed riding his Harley, working on his truck, and fishing, he also enjoyed coaching softball over the years, watching Shelby play sports and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Lori Collins and Jaci (Keisha) Collins; two sons, Jason (Cindy) Collins and William Blevins; four sisters, Ann Collins, Victoria Smith, Joanna Collins, and Scarlett Goodwin; three brothers, Kevin (Mary) Collins, Eric Thompson and Brent Cherrington; special brother-in-law, Larry Stollings; six grandchildren, Shannon and Tyler Blackburn, Austin, Halee and Morgan Collins and Shelby Collins; two great-grandchildren, Caleb Collins and Harper Blackburn; and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial visitation will be on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home, with services beginning at 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make memorial contributions to Freeman Funeral Home to help with services.
