Howard "Wayne" Dwaine Bryant

Howard “Wayne” Dwaine Bryant, 52 of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on August 28, 2023 at his residence. 

He was born September 7, 1970 in Elyria, OH the son of the late Howard & Ellen Bryant. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Malindia (Vinson) Bryant, his grandparents, Edward & Bamma Bryant and Con & Billie Workman, one sister, April Wilkins and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Max & Nancy Vinson. 

Wayne worked at Estes Express for 23 years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family outdoors, remodeling, working on cars with his sons, boating and hunting.  He was an avid guitar player. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his three children, Ryan (Deborah) Vinson, Samuel (Chrystal) Cagle and Heaven (Tad) Yearley; two sisters, Bonnie Klinger and Patricia (John) Adams;  ten grandchildren, Hartlea, Kinsley, Ryan, Mallory, Bryce, Braesen, Kellen, Justin, Haley and Sierra; one great grandchild, Shealynn; and his nieces and nephews, Douglas Klinger, Joseph Stiles, Cody Stiles, Nicole Klinger, Dylan Adams, Justin Woody, Dustin Woody, Gabriel Vinson, Melissa Evans and Brittany Long. 

Services will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home with Donnie Wells officiating. Burial will follow at the Vinson Cemetery, Harts, WV. 

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 6;00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers will be Douglas Klinger, Joseph Stiles, Cody Stiles, Justin Andres, Aaron Runyon, Dylan Adams and Tad Yearley. 

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
