Harold "Boo" Lee Rorie Jr

Harold Lee “Boo” Rorie Jr, 31, of Logan, WV, departed this life on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Charleston, WV.

He was born February 12, 1987 in Charlotte, NC a son of Cheryl Rorie & Randy Monroe of Orlando, FL and the late Harold Lee Rorie.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clinton & Amanda Rorie, William Lee Johnson, Lawson Godrey and Wilbur Monroe Sr, and one brother, Cornelius Godfrey.

Boo enjoyed playing Xbox 360, taking his girls out, going fishing, traveling with his wife, helping all those in need and scratching his lottery tickets.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his grandmother, Willie Esther Bryant of Detroit, MI; his wife, Jessica Rorie of Logan; two daughters, Kiera Chyane and Ke'Lee Chayona Cash Rorie both of Logan; two sisters, Makeda Rorie of Charlotte, NC and Erika Kelly of Detroit, MI; two brothers, Donovan Givens of Charlotte, NC and William Greene of Detroit, MI; his sister-in-law and best friend, Amber Damron Mitchell of Amherst, OH; his father and mother-in-law, Rolf & Stephanie Damron of Logan; and his special friend, MaKayla Sparks.

Services will be held at 6:00 pm, Friday, August 24, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Phill Dillard officiating.

Friends may call Friday, August 24, 2018 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
