Glenna Jo “Joy” Moore, 46 of Midkiff, WV, departed this life on June 23, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital.

She was born December 27, 1977 in Huntington, WV, the daughter of Grethel Cyfers Spriggs and the late Guy Cyfers.

She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Cyfers; maternal grandparents, Pete and Alene Marcus; paternal grandparents, Oswald and Jessie Cyfers; sister, Gwendolyn Jennifer Cyfers; stepfather, Larry Spriggs and father-in-law, Kenneth Moore.

Joy enjoyed crafts, sunflowers, beach, being with her husband and her fur baby, Sassy.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Grethel Cyfers Spriggs; husband, Jonathan Moore; sister, Amber (Howie) Moore; brother, Dakota (Crystal) Cyfers; mother-in-law, Freda Moore; sisters-in-laws, Opal Moore, Cindy (Lucian) Lambert, Stephanie Moore and Lisa Cochran; brothers-in-law, Thomas (Jennifer) Moore, Davy (Trina) Moore, Harold (Linda) Moore and Kenneth Moore Jr.; nieces, Marley, Riley, Emily, Sophia, Jordan Moore, and Paislee Dye; nephew, Jase Cyfers; and her best friend, Jaime Lambert Lovejoy.

Services will be held at 1:00pm, June 27, 2024 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie S. Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at the Cyfers Cemetery, Midkiff, WV.

Visitation will be on June 27, 2024 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Woodall, Jake Lambert, Dakota Cyfers, Howie Moore, Josh Boster and Richard Shockley.

Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
