Georgia "Pooh" Black Obituary
Georgia Lynn "Pooh" Black, 22 of Rogersville, TN formerly of Ranger, WV, departed this life on September 17, 2022 at her residence.
She was born January 6, 2000 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Russell Joe and Rebecca Lynn Black.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy Ray Black, Eva Rakes, Tommy Adkins and Granny Georgia Toppings.
Pooh enjoyed watching TV, playing with toys and lights.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her grandparents, Denver Toppings and Brenda Adkins; three sisters, Becca & Gabe Black, Payton Black and Ashley Harris; eight brothers, James & Julia Black, Joe & Haley Black, Matthew Hensley, Joshie Black, RJ Black, Timmy Black, Jay Black and Jimmy Black; six nephews and niece, Bentley, Kamron, Kalo, Gracie Black, Ashton Harris, and Ayden Aguirre; and a host of aunts, uncle, and cousins that loved her dearly.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the Kitchen Community Church.
Services will be held at 1:00pm, September 23, 2022 at the church with Michael Browning officiating.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
