Gary Michael Booth, 67, of Wharton, WV (formerly of Lake, WV), departed this life on June 5, 2020 at Charleston Area Medical Center.
He was born January 08, 1953 in Logan, WV, the son of Nellie Jean Booth and the late Harry Booth.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith and Darren Booth.
Before Gary became disabled, he was a Vietnam Veteran and a welder at Harris Prep Plant. He served in the United States Airforce as a Special Purpose Mechanic. Gary’s love was his children, grandchildren and family. He was very talented with mechanical knowledge about everything from hot rods to home repair. Gary was a Christian and always had a hand out to help others less fortunate.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Adriana Booth; one son, Michael (Cassandra) Booth; three sisters, Karen “Susie” Stover, Sharon Jeffrey and Marianna (Kevin) Ball; two grandchildren, Kalen and Shaun Booth; He is also survived by, several nieces and nephews; Kelly (Tony) Thompson, Bridgett Jeffrey, Brooke (Mikey) Gilliam, Kayla (Brian) Lane, Alyx Stover, John (Camille) Evans, Josh (Mia) Gordon, Paige Booth, Hunter Booth, Keiton Thompkins, Posie Hutchison, Lex Holloway, Crew Toler, Gavin & Ledger Gilliam, Ada & Mack Thompson, Jadie & Axl Lane and Cooper & Elin Evans.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude.
